Finding ways to get Gold and Platinum Medallions easily in Destiny 2 will most likely be at the top of everyone's priority list over the next three weeks as the 2022 Guardian Games are in full swing. The Guardian Games are an in-game event that pits Hunter, Titans, and Warlocks against one another for sake of friendly competition. At the end of the event, one of the three classes of Guardians will be declared the winner, with total bragging rights over the other two classes until the next event.
In order to contribute to the Guardian Games in Destiny 2, players will have to turn in Medallions at the Tower while they play as their favorite class. Medallions come in four different tiers, namely Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. In addition to contributing to their class' score, players will receive rewards that will be determined by the tier of Medallion they turn in. In short, the higher tier the Medallion, the better the rewards. Whenever possible, Guardians should be aiming to claim as many Gold and Platinum Medallions as they can possibly fit their Medallion Case from Eva Levante.

The rewards that players can earn from turning in Medallions can be a variety of things, such as blue or Legendary armor, upgrade materials, and even random rolls for the new Void SMG in Destiny 2 called The Title. The Title is a limited-time weapon that will only be around for the duration of the 2022 GuardianGames, and everyone is guaranteed a Grave Robber/Vorpal Weapon roll upon completing the introductory quest, Best In Class. After that, they'll need to turn in more Gold and Platinum Medallions for a chance to receive an even better variation of the weapon.
