Warning! Spoilers ahead for Deathstroke Inc. #5
In the latest issue of Deathstroke Inc., Slade Wilson has taken a throne by force, becoming a new king in the DC Universe. While Slade had been trying his hand at being a hero in this new series alongside the Black Canary, it seems those days are very much over. Now, Slade has gone in the opposite direction, leading a coalition of masterminds with the intent to rule over every supervillain in the DC Universe.
Previous issues of Deathstroke Inc. saw Slade and Black Canary working for T.R.U.S.T, an organization they believed had good intentions with the mission of taking down supervillains. Wanting a new purpose in life, Slade took the job because he wanted to try being a hero on a trial basis to see if the new direction could stick. However, after Slade and Dinah discover that T.R.U.S.T was just a front for a much darker society, it looks as though Deathstroke has changed his mind.
