Warning: This post contains spoilers for Death on the Nile.
Death on the Nile could get a sequel — here’s what to know about Kenneth Branagh’s potential third outing as Hercule Poirot. After several delays, Death on the Nile arrives in theaters two years after wrapping production in December 2019. Renowned detective Poirot finds himself embroiled in yet another murder mystery following Murder on the Orient Express.
Death on the Nile sees Poirot leaving London behind for Egypt on holiday. Reuniting with his friend Bouc (Tom Bateman), Poirot joins the wedding party of Simon Doyle (Armie Hammer) and Linnet Ridgeway (Gal Gadot), an heiress whose friends and family she keeps close despite not trusting them. When someone is murdered, Poirot must get to the bottom of the mystery before the killer strikes again.
