Steamforged Games has announced the first wave of Dark Souls: The RoleplayingGame, all of which can be used for Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop RPGs. The Dark Souls RPG is compatible with D&D 5e, even though it has its own twists on the system, based on the unique aspects of the video game, such as characters reviving at bonfires upon defeat.

The Dark Souls RPG combines health and stamina into a single resource, called Position, which can be spent on boosting actions, at the cost of the player's own hit points, creating a risk/reward system that differs from D&D 5e.
