Team Ninja put its own unique spin on theFinal Fantasy franchise with Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. The game combines traditional RPG mechanics like upgrades through loot drops and talent trees with punishingly difficult action combat. SOPFFO is a fairly linear game, which means players don't need to worry too much about how to get started — aside from deciding which Job path to go down first. Players will want to select two complimentary jobs to explore in the early game that leads to Advanced Jobs they are interested in using for the mid- and end-game.
