In the concerned scene that was shown in a one-second frame, fans can spot Mackie’s character Sam Wilson, and the military carrying a coffin covered in the US flag. Many fans believe that Steve Rogers might be in the coffin, given the old age that was shown at the end of Avengers: Endgame.
However, in the pilot episode of Falcon and The Winter Soldier, it was hinted that Steve Rogers was seemingly living in a base on the moon after retirement, but nothing is confirmed according to Distractify.
