Snapchat+ subscribers get many exclusive features that are unavailable to general users, but can a subscription be transferred to a different account? In June 2022, Snap Inc. launched the Snapchat+ premium subscription service at $3.99 per month. While the company says that the service will eventually be rolled out globally, it is only available in a handful of countries at launch. As for the exclusive Snapchat+ features, some of them will percolate down to free users eventually, while others will remain exclusive to the paid tier.
One of the new Snapchat+ features that is likely to be available to all users eventually, is Snapchat for Web. Launched in July, the new feature is only available in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The company says it plans to roll out the service to all Snapchat+ users globally, although there's no definitive timeline for that yet. The new service will enable users to send messages and Snaps, as well as make video and audio calls on the web via a compatible web browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Snapchat+ offers multiple features, but subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts as of now. According to a Snapchat support page, users can only have one Snapchat+ subscription per Apple ID or Google Play account. That means folks who have subscribed to Snapchat+ on their iPhone cannot transfer it to an Android device and vice-versa. Nor can they transfer it between multiple Apple IDs or Google accounts. Hence, it is important for users to make sure that they subscribe to the new service on the account they're likely to end up using the most.
