Just as in Call of Duty Warzone, players who want to slide cancel need to change a few settings in their game. First, go into Settings and then select their input (Keyboard & Mouse or Controller). Once inside that menu, players should scroll down to the «Gameplay» section and change the Weapon Mount Activation to «Double-Tap ADS.» Then, players should head to the Advanced settings, located at the top of the input menu.
Scroll down to the section «Movement Behavior» and turn off «Grounded Mantle» and «Automatic Grounded Mantle.» Once completed, players will be ready to test out the new slide canceling movement, preferably with an SMG like the MP5 (Lachmann Sub).
