Cal Kestis' Jedi: Survivor Redesign Shown Off In New Star Wars Figure
A Cal Kestis action figure based on his look in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. Although Respawn Entertainment didn't have a presence at the event, Hasbro was there in full force, showing off a range of Marvel and Star Wars merchandise, including plenty of action figures.
Fans last saw Cal Kestis in Respawn's highly acclaimed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which was set five years after the Jedi were massacred during the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The surviving Jedi Padawan was on a quest to find a Holocron containing the identities of other Force-sensitive children in an attempt to rebuild the Jedi Order. A trailer for the sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, was shown at Star Wars Celebration 2022. Said trailer revealed a darker tone for the Fallen Order follow-up, as Cal fights to survive as the Empire continues to grow stronger.

As reported by Collider, Hasbro revealed a new range of Star Wars products at San Diego Comic-Con, including a Star Wars Jedi: Survivor version of Cal Kestis as part of its ongoing Star Wars Vintage Collection. Figures in the Vintage Collection (which are based on the original Kenner line of Star Wars toys) stand at 3.75 inches tall, have various points of articulation, and usually come accompanied by further accessories such as weapons. The new Cal Kestis figure is no exception, as the set sees Cal with his lightsaber, a blaster, and his droid BD-1, who recently got its own dedicated LEGO set.
