A PlayStation insider has teased Bloodborne's return, leaving fans of the FromSoftware classic hopeful for a PS5 upgrade, PC release, or even a sequel. Fans have been calling for either a follow-up or a remaster of the popular PS4 exclusive for years now, with many users also hoping for Bloodborne to also release for PC.
Bloodborne launchedin 2015 and was highly praised for showcasing what the then-new PlayStation 4 was capable of during players' exploration of the game's blood-drenched gothic world. It soon became a fan favorite, and as a result, rumors of a Bloodborne remaster for PS5 have been circulating since 2020, only five years after the game's launch. These rumors further picked up traction in 2021 upon Sony's acquisition of Bluepoint Games, a studio known for its video game remasters and remakes such as PlayStation's Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Shadow of the Colossus, and fellow FromSoftware classic Demon's Souls. Fans have been disappointed when no Bloodborne-related announcements have been made at various PlayStation showcases, however, the rumors and teases still persist.

The latest Bloodborne tease comes from PlayStation insider and former IGN journalist, Colin Moriarty, during the Sacred Symbols podcast, as spotted by Redditor aadipie. The 200th episode ranks the top 25 best PlayStation 4 games, and when Bloodborne was somewhat inevitably mentioned, Moriarty teased: "You haven't seen the last of Bloodborne, I'll tell you that."
