Elden Ring and Bloodborne fans unite as the new Elden Ring Graceborne mod aims to make FromSoftware's 2022 hit title more menacing and wicked.
Created by modder 'Noctis', this Graceborne mod is heavily inspired by 2015's PlayStation 4 exclusive BloodBorne. According to the the modder, the project is still work-in-progress, and there are still plenty of issues with balancing, sound, weapon scaling, and more. It's also worth nothing that the mod won't work with the most recent version of Elden Ring. As such, you'll need to downgrade to version 1.10 or lower. At the moment of writing, 'Noctis' isn't sure when the mod will be working again following last week's release of the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC and the most recent update.
"Graceborne is a mod overhaul still in its infancy. Heavily inspired by Bloodborne, its main goal is to turn Elden Ring's base game into a more grim and sinister experience through multiple means", the modder writes. "In terms of content, the alpha adds a total of 22 armor sets, 35 weapons, 17 trick weapons and 5 firearms. Followed by gameplay additions such as gun parrying, no equip load, quicksteps when locked on, perma-night, Bloodborne-style healing, etc."
