The best moveset for Jumpluff in Pokémon Go will take advantage of its Grass and Flying-typing. While the main objective of Pokémon Go is to go outside and experience the world by capturing Pokémon, there's a surprisingly deep meta-game with PvP. Trainers are able to face off against one another in three on three Pokémon battles. The trainer with a Pokémon standing at the end is declared the winner. Since Pokémon can only have two moves in Pokémon Go, deciding these will go a long way in bringing the most out of these Pokémon.
In the case of Jumpluff, it was recently part of a Pokémon Go Community Day. Trainers were able to find and capture a Shiny Hoppip if they were lucky enough. Regardless, it was a great chance to earn more candy for Jumpluff and power up its attacks. Since Community Day spawns tons of the same type of Pokémon, it's possible to earn hundreds of candies within a few hours. Use them to make Jumpluff as powerful as it can be. Since Jumpluff is a Flying and Grass-type Pokémon, it does have its fair share of weaknesses.

Trainers can choose a Fast move and a Charged move for each Pokémon. To bring the best out of Jumpluff, it should know the moves Infestation and Solar Beam. Infestation is a Fast Bug-type attack that does decent damage. Alternatively, players can also use Bullet Seed for the Fast attack which is a bit weaker but it makes up for it with the Same-Type-Attack-Bonus since it's a Grass-type move. As for the Charged move, Solar Beam is the best option. It's an incredibly powerful Grass-type attack that types a while to charge but does tons of damage.
