Microsoft has revealed the upcoming Xbox Game Pass games for February 2022, with Ark: Ultimate Survivor Editionand Skul: The Hero Slayer among the new games being added to its ever-growing library. Last year, Xbox Game Pass added games worth over $6,000 to its subscription service, including day-one releases like Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite, as well as popular additions like It Takes Two, Minecraft Dungeons, and Microsoft Flight Simulator. January 2022’s Xbox Game Pass releases included Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, Outer Wilds, and Spelunky 2 — a relatively successful month for Microsoft’s game subscription service.
Xbox Game Pass’ 2022 lineup has already started to take shape, with 31 games already confirmed to hit the service throughout the year. First-party projects like Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield and Arkane Studios’ Redfall are releasing on Xbox Game Pass day-one and a slew of third-party games have already been confirmed for the platform in the coming months. Total War: Warhammer 3 is coming on February 17, STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl arrives in December, and Hello Neighbor 2 is incoming sometime in 2022, among a plethora of other launches. Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard is also expected to make a big impact on the subscription service, though what games may appear on Xbox Game Pass in 2022 is still anyone’s guess.
