The older generation of video game players surely remember the days of going into an arcade and plunking down multiple quarters into a machine, Nosebleed Interactive strives to bring that feeling back with their upcoming simulator Arcade Paradise. As the unemployed daughter of a business mogul, voiced by The Witcher‘s Geralt of Rivia, Doug Cockle, players will begin their journey into arcade heaven by running their dad's old laundromat. After learning the basics of doing laundry, players will eventually find a few old arcade cabinets in the backroom which sparks the overall journey of the game: make the best arcade ever.
Arcade Paradise attempts to simulate that old arcade feeling, as each cabinet is playable with its own stylized game, and most even include multiplayer. From classics like air hockey and pool, to space shooters and racing games, every arcade game is fully playable with its own high scoreboards and achievements. Players can adjust the costs and difficulty of machines by using their old school PDA and the popularity of each game is based on the player's actual achievements in said game, or where they are placed throughout the arcade.

The one thing that Arcade Paradise gets absolutely correct is the stylization of the in-game world. The neon noisiness of the arcade is in stark contrast with the dingy and bleak laundromat and perfectly recreates that old-school vibe. Arcades were a different world back then and Arcade Paradise perfectly encapsulates that 'secret hideout' feeling.
