Update: New-gen versions of Apex Legends have been rated for release in America, Europe, and Taiwan.
As per the two tweets from Gematsu just below, a PS5 and Xbox Series X version of Apex Legends was rated earlier today. Additionally, the ESRB just rated the PS5 version of Apex Legends for North America, seemingly pointing to an imminent launch for both new-gen versions of Respawn's battle royale shooter. We've seen the PS5 version of Apex Legends pop up on a PSN database previously, but this is a much more public-facing hint to the new-gen versions of the game.

Earlier today, the tweet below surfaced from @PlayStationSize on Twitter, an account that trawls the PlayStation Network database looking for new entries. According to the account, a native PS5 version of Apex Legends has just been added to the PSN database, indicating that Respawn's battle royale shooter may be getting an imminent upgrade.
