A professional Apex Legends player’s sportsmanlike behavior has earned him praise after refusing to shoot a disconnected player in the Apex Legends Global Series.
Philip "ImperialHal" Dosen, fighting for team TSM, refused to fire at a disconnected player after spotting them motionless further afield. You can see the whole exchange with his TSM teammates in the video presented by Apex Legends Intel.

"Don’t shoot him. Don't shoot him, bro!" Dosen orders his squad. "He's crashed."
A frozen enemy typically indicates a disconnect, which Dosen diagnosed right away. "He 100 percent tabbed out or crashed or something. I don’t know where his teammates are. Don’t shoot them--it’s Scarz."
The frozen player’s teammates return for their wayward squad mate, which would have been a perfect opportunity to set up an ambush. But ImperialHal wouldn’t allow that either and told his teammates to just let the opposing players walk by to engage later on equal footing.
This tactic worked out, as both TSM and Scarz squads made it to the next round of the $2 million tournament.
Later on Twitter, Dosen replied to praise received for his sportsmanship. "It’s the least every player can do out here with these issues."
Rather than letting a player live, you could make your next Apex Legends match more challenging by using finger guns. Rudeism has been known to create some interesting devices to play popular titles, but motion controls attached to his fingers allow Rudesim to engage opponents merely by pointing. Believe it or not, Rudesim is actually able to get a few kills with his finger guns even against a field of players using mouse and keyboard.
