Amy Schumer reveals that she wanted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to appear at the upcoming 2022 Oscars Ceremony. After last year's Oscars failed to strike a chord with viewers and set a new record low in terms of viewership, the pressure is on this year to innovate the ceremony and deliver an entertaining show. In an effort to rectify one of the complaints regarding last year's show, it was confirmed that the upcoming Oscars ceremony will indeed have hosts, with Schumer, Wanda Sykes, and Regina Hall tapped to share MC duties for the evening.

It's not clear exactly what the show will look like under Schumer, Sykes, and Hall's guidance, but Schumer has already promised that she'll take "a couple risks."
