Warning: SPOILERS for Moon Knight episode 3
Some answers about the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Dark Avengers storyline were secretly teased in Moon Knight episode 3. One of the clear directives of Phase 4 for Marvel Studios is building multiple super teams in the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame. It didn't take long for the MCU content to begin revealing what these could be, with the Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts one of the early teams to emerge. Now, Moon Knight has offered another tease of where the story is going.
The MCU's set up for the Dark Avengers began early on in Phase 4 once The Falcon and the Winter Soldier aired. This is where audiences met Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dryfus) as she recruited John Walker (Wyatt Russell) to her secret team. She's since added Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) to the roster. However, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier also raised questions about Sharon Carter's potential involvement in the team. Although she's been cleared of past charges, Moon Knight's reference to Madripoor could tease some Dark Avengers answers.

Madripoor has only been featured once in the MCU so far thanks to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but it could play an important role in the Dark Avengers story in theory. This is primarily due to the possibility of Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) being connected to the new superteam. Through Moon Knight's reference to Layla and Anton Mogart's history with Madripoor, the series could be planting the seeds about the location's place in the MCU's criminal underworld.
