90 Day Fiancé: Tiffany Reveals Major Weight Loss 1 Year After Surgery
Former 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Tiffany Franco recently showed off her massive weight loss almost one year after undergoing vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG). Fans may know Tiffany from her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1 with her South African beau Ronald Smith. Even though the couple had communication and trust issues, they tied the knot in October 2018. Nine months later, Ronald and Tiffany were blessed with their first child, Carley. Since Tiffany didn't feel safe raising her kids in South Africa, she returned to the United States and applied for Ronald's spousal visa.
While waiting for Ronald to make it to the United States, Tiffany has been focusing on crushing her fitness goals. In June 2021, she underwent gastric sleeve surgery just like 90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem. She shared her weight-loss journey on social media, which received a lot of praise from fans. At the end of May 2022, Tiffany showed off her newly transformed figure on Instagram and revealed that she had lost over 80 pounds after undergoing the weight-loss procedure.

It has now been almost one year since Tiffany's surgery. She recently posted a new picture on Instagram to show off her dramatic weight-loss results. In the photo, Tiffany can be seen wearing a blue summer dress. She is glowing in her new look and giving a confident smile to the camera. Although she didn't share a full-length photo, her new face suggests that she has lost a significant amount of weight in the past year, which was her ultimate fitness goal.
