Many 90 Day Fiancé cast members share throwback pictures to show how they've grown, and a few of them look drastically different from their younger selves. His childhood picture looks pretty similar to his current appearance, even after becoming a dad. Usman "Sojaboy" Umar's on-screen love interest Kim Menzies' facial features have barely changed as well.
