90 Day Fiancé: Memphis Posts Throwback Pics To Reveal Survivor Story
Former 90 Day Fiancé star Memphis Smith showed her throwback photos to fans on Instagram while revealing her past struggles. 34-year-old Memphis failed to become a fan favorite because she'd chosen to marry her long-distance boyfriend during their first face-to-face meeting. Fans predicted Memphis and her 26-year-old Tunisian man Hamza Moknii’s relationship was sure to fail, which it did eventually. Memphis faced criticism for risking it all by getting intimate with Hamza on their first night together in his home. And later, for choosing to go ahead with the wedding even though he’d lied to Memphis about his age, was unemployed, and barely spoke her language.
Memphis and Hamza were elated to find out they were pregnant during their honeymoon, but distance came between them when Memphis had to fly back to the U.S. after her few weeks-long Tunisia trip. Luckily for Memphis, Hamza’s spousal visa didn’t take long to get approved. In fact, Hamza arrived in Michigan just a month after Memphis gave birth to their baby. Unfortunately, Memphis and Hamza started dropping hints about a split even before their 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 had ended. Fans put two and two together to deduce that Hamza had already moved out of Memphis’ house and is now staying in Chicago without her and his daughter.
