343 Industries has detailed Halo Infinite's second season, Lone Wolves, as well as giving an update on the state of co-op and Forge.
Halo Infinite fans have been waiting for some kind of update on what's to come to the game in the future, and it looks like that wait is over. 343 detailed the game's next season in a new blog post on Halo Waypoint, revealing that it'll be titled Lone Wolves and begin on May 3.

The blog post started by revealing the theme of the season and showing concept art for two Spartans, who will seemingly play a role in the season's story. We also got our first look at the season's Fracture Armour, which looks a little like mining gear of some kind, as well as confirmation of some of the things being added to the season, including an arena map called Catalyst, a Big Team Battle map called Breaker, and new modes such as Last Spartan Standing, Land Grab, and the return of King of the Hill.
It's not all good news, however. 343 also gave an update on the long-awaited co-op and Forge modes, essentially revealing that they've been pushed back further and won't be in the game for a while. On co-op, 343 said, "We’re making great progress on Campaign network co-op. And to be clear, this work has been occurring in parallel to Season 2 work, as has our work on Forge. But the reality is that it’s going to take more time to land a high-quality, full-featured 4-player network co-op experience in the massive, wide-open world of Halo Infinite."
It continued, "All this means that we will not be able to ship Campaign network co-op on May 3rd, at the start of Season 2. But we are still aiming to deliver Campaign network co-op later in Season 2, and
