Star Trek’s Chief O’Brien actor, Colm Meaney, wants to work on a series centered on Worf. Meaney made his name among Star Trek fans for his portrayal of Chief O’Brien over the first six seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation as a supporting character, where he acted primarily as the Enterprise-D’s transporter chief. The character then made the move to the Star Trek spinoff show, Deep Space 9, where he continued to play the character for another six years.
