Dune HBO Max Spinoff Show Sets Chernobyl Director For First 2 Episodes
HBO Max's Dune spinoff series titled Dune: The Sisterhood, will have the first two episodes directed by the director for Chernobyl, Johan Renck. The series was originally slated to be directed by Denis Villeneuve, the director of the most recent feature film based on Frank Herbert novels. Villeneuve is still attached as an executive producer on the series along with Renck and Diane Ademu-John (Empire), the writer and showrunner for the series.
