Updates to Bel'ameth in 10.2.7, Tyrande's Leadership & Ship To Gilneas Renamed

Some updates have been made to the Night Elf settlement of Bel'ameth in 10.2.7. Tyrande's leadership title removed and the ship to Gilneas has been renamed!

Tyrande's Title On the 10.2.7 PTR, TheRedShirtGuy noticed that, while previously Tyrande's NPC in Amirdrassil still had the title <Leader of the Kal'dorei>, this has now been removed.

Tyrande and Malfurion recently decided to settle in Bel'ameth for a while during the Dragon Isles Epilogue, and handed leadership of the Night Elves over to their daughter, Shandris Feathermoon.

The removal of Tyrande's title reflects this change. However, Shandris's title currently remains <General of the Sentinel Army>, at least for now.

Rut'theran's Remembrance Renamed We already reported on the new ship added in 10.2.7 that travels between Bel'ameth and Gilneas.

The Xbox parent is also closing Alpha Dog Games, makers of the mobile game Mighty Doom, while Roundhouse Studios, which also contributed to Redfall development, will be absorbed by ZeniMax Online Studios. The development, initially reported by IGN, was confirmed by affected studios Tango Gameworks and Arkane in separate posts on X late Tuesday. The shutdowns come months after Microsoft announced layoffs at Xbox and Activision Blizzard earlier this year, which made 1,900 roles redundant.
