The King of Kings Teaser Trailer Sets Release Date for Oscar Isaac Animated Movie

teaser trailer for the upcoming animated film adaptation of Charles Dickens‘ little-known short story has officially been released.

This comes after Angel Studios successfully acquired the worldwide rights to the biblical movie from Blue Harbor Entertainment.

Check out The King of Kings teaser trailer below (watch more trailers): The King of Kings is scheduled to make its debut in theaters on April 11, 2025, just in time for the Holy Week.

Its official theatrical release will see the film going directly up against two thriller movies: Drop starring Meghann Fahy, and The Amateur starring Rami Malek.

The film is directed by South Korean filmmaker Seong-ho “Jay” Jang from a screenplay he co-wrote with Treasure Planet’s Robert Edwards.
