McDonald's 2024 Pokémon TCG Happy Meal Brings Several Iconic Cards, But US Fans Won't Be Able To Get Them Just Yet

McDonald's will be running a (TCG) promotion for Happy Meals from late 2024 to early 2025 that revolves around Dragon-type Pokémon.

As revealed by TCG fan site Pokébeach, the promotional event will take place in France between December 4 and January 21 with no currently confirmed date for U.S.

enthusiasts. fans worldwide eagerly anticipate the continuously popular publicity campaign run by the fast-food giant McDonald's, which sees a complementary booster pack of trading cards added as a toy to the children's Happy Meal. The recently revealed promotion celebrates the Year of the Dragon by adding a star-studded cast of fan-favorite Dragon-type Pokémon.

Breaking previous traditions, it seems that international markets will be rolling out the event before the U.S. market, which means that collectors in the States will have to wait patiently for any further news.

The fan site PokéBeach has confirmed that the Happy Meal will include a single four-card booster pack which will contain three non-holo cards and a single holo card.
