Besides the typical endings that align with the actual historical events for each faction's leader, the game also includes “true” endings.

These alternate endings require players to accomplish specific and often tough tasks during important battles in the game. It’s not just about defeating enemies; players must meet particular conditions within a set time, which requires careful planning and skill.

Unlike previous games in the series, these true endings take a different path from the known history, allowing for alternate scenarios that could change the fate of China.

While the typical endings usually follow a well-known outcome, the true endings explore “what if” situations, which might show peaceful solutions, different political situations, or unusual power shifts.
