They're humanoid frogs who are split into different categories depending on their colour - for instance, green grung are warriors, red ones are scholars, and purple ones are supervisors.

They're distant relatives of dragons, hence their similar skull shape and scales. But what makes them really interesting in play is that they're well-versed in traps and ambushes, which would be an incredible way to freshen up combat on a new playthrough.
