A fan has created a beautiful piece of pixel art of Link that represents how he looks in the upcoming game The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. With the latest installment in the legendary series coming out May 12 and unveiling new features like vehicle crafting, it is safe to say excitement for Tears of the Kingdom is reaching an all-time high, and fans are beginning to express that with pieces of high-quality art.
Given the announcement of things such as the Collector's Edition for Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo is clearly gearing up for the game's launch. Despite the little available footage there is for the game, enough has been shown to garner a lot of anticipation for the follow-up to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and this will no doubt grow to far greater heights with the release date getting close and more information coming out.

One fan going by MHBali on Reddit decided to show their anticipation by posting a beautifully rendered work of animated pixel art showcasing Link and how he will be depicted based on the latest trailer for Tears of the Kingdom. The piece shows Link with his transformed arm outstretched and using it to perform an unspecified action as a current blows past him. It's a strong showing of not only how he will look in the game, but also what he will likely be doing for much of the game's runtime and the drive he has to accomplish what needs to be done.
