Warning! Spoilers ahead for X-Men Unlimited: Latitude #1
While Wolverine is the best at what he does, it looks as though extracting information isn't one of his core strengths. In the new X-Men Unlimited: Latitude #1, Logan has been deployed to rescue three mutants who were kidnapped by AIM from the Peak, the X-Men's orbital space station. Determined to save his friends and deliver some brutal payback, Wolverine is faced with a rather resilient AIM agent who refuses to give Logan the information he wants. What follows is hilarious proof that torture doesn't always work for the former Weapon X.
X-Men Unlimited: Latitude #1 comes from writer Jonathan Hickman and artist Declan Shalvey. Bringing back the Unlimited title from the 90s and early 2000s, the stories being told in this series will be more singular like one-shots while still being part of the ongoing continuity (just like any other X-Men title). Case in point, this first issue features Wolverine taking on an entire ship full of AIM agents, presented as a classic X-tale with some truly dynamic visuals as Logan moves through the enemy ship searching for his kidnapped friends (like Nightcrawler).

That being said, Wolverine's rescue mission is more challenging than he'd like it to be. After being blown up by AIM, Logan isn't the happiest X-Man as he heals from his wounds. As such, Wolverine gets his hands on an AIM agent whom he keeps punching over and over until the agent reveals where his friends are.
