Will players finally get to see Peeves once Hogwarts Legacy releases later this year?
Since the release of the reveal trailer back in 2020, fans of Hogwarts Legacy have been speculating about what the game will hold for the players. Given that the title is set far back in the late 1800s, characters from the original saga are highly unlikely to be featured. One then wonders whether any familiar faces will greet the players in-game.
A handful of canonical personalities from the Harry Potter universe may appear in Hogwarts Legacy, including Phineas Nigellus Black and Angus Buchanan. If the game is set in 1890s, players may also get to go to school with Albus Dumbledore.

The developers of Hogwarts Legacy have assured that players will be able to experience the life of a student at the famed school like never before. Unfortunately for the mischievous poltergeist, Peeves has never been featured in the Harry Potter films. But in the books, the poltergeist plays the recurring role of a prankster who is a constant pain to the people in the school, especially the caretakers.
