Watch Dogs Legion is coming to Steam in January.
A Steam page for the game appeared earlier today, listing January 23 as the release date for Ubisoft‘s open-world hacking game.
While the price is currently unknown, it will release in three versions – a standard, Gold and Ultimate edition – each of which will come with various pieces of DLC.
Watch Dogs Legion was released in October 2020, with next-gen versions releasing the following month.
The game received numerous updates after launch, with new content including the return of fan favourite characters Aiden Pearce and Wrench, an Assassin’s Creed tie-in character and a zombie survival mode called Legion of the Dead.
The third game in Ubisoft’s hacker franchise, Watch Dogs Legion takes place in an open-world London which was heralded on release for its realistic take on the city.
After a lengthy break, last month Ubisoft confirmed plans to start releasing some of its games on Steam again.
Its biggest game of the last few years, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, joined Steam on December 6, coinciding with the release of its final content update.
Also coming to Steam are Ubisoft titles including Anno 1800 and Roller Champions, with the latter releasing on December 13.
Ubisoft stopped releasing its new games on Steam in 2019. Since then, the likes of Ghost Recon Breakpoint and The Division 2 have been released via the Epic Games Store and its own digital distribution platform Ubisoft Connect.
