Back in January, Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season Two was delayed in order to improve the state of the game. Ever since, regular updates have been deployed into the battle royale and this has continued beyond Season Two. The latest Warzone Pacific patch makes changes to the PPSh-41 and changes Gulag equipment. Moreover, the bugs that are lurking around Warzone Pacific continue to be hunted down by Raven Software.
The first much needed adjustment has been made to the Vanguard PPSh-41. A problem has been addressed which caused the maximum, mid, and minimum damage of the submachine gun to be greater than intended. At the same time, the neck damage multiplier has been increased from 1.1 to 1.3. However, the PPSh-41 is still a little too powerful, especially if you are using a hip fire build.
The patch also comes with various gameplay changes. For example, the distribution of contracts has been updated in Caldera to increase your chance of finding a bounty. Also, stun grenades have been removed from Gulag classes. Instead you will have gas grenades, thermites, and medical syringes at your disposal.
As always, the Warzone Pacific patch continues to make some all-important bug fixes. Notable fixes include to collision issues which allowed players to exploit certain areas of Caldera. After applying a camo to your gun, it will no longer unequip when leaving the weapons tab. In addition, an issue which caused players to freeze at the beginning of a match has been resolved, as well as a glitch that caused players to have an infinite amount of the new Nebula V Rounds.
