Virtual Reality for mythological movies is on the rise and the latest one to take advantage of this immersive movie watching experience is “Mata Vaishno Devi ki Kahani”. Developed by VROOZY Pictures, the entire movie is hosted in the Virtual Reality format and is currently available to watch in various locations in Katra, Jammu & Kashmir, as well as on the high-speed Vande Bharat Express train that runs from New Delhi to Katra.
The “Mata Vaishno Devi ki Kahani” movie ends up being the first mythological movie shot in VR that is made in India. The makers say that the entire story of Mata Vaishno Devi is being told in the immersive format where pilgrims become a part of the full Vaishno Devi experience.
The reason behind making a VR movie has to do with the fact that the modern generation does not know about the story of Vaishno Devi.
