Ukrainian Esports Team Na'Vi Will Not Leave The Country Amidst Russian Attack

Ukrainian esports team Natus Vincere, otherwise known as Na'Vi, has released a statement regarding the current state and future of the organisation amidst the barbaric attacks being carried out by the Russian government.

"The war continues. Now every resident of Ukraine, including the Na'Vi employees, is doing everything possible," says the statement spotted by PC Gamer. "They protect the cities as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defenсe, provide assistance in Ukraine as volunteers, or simply take care of loved ones."

"Na'Vi is a Ukrainian club founded in 2009 in Kyiv. More than 90% of our employees are now in Ukraine and are not going to leave the country. We take people out of the most dangerous regions and help them find housing. On our cars, volunteers daily deliver humanitarian aid around Kyiv and the region, and all Na'Vi clothes are distributed to people who spend the second week in cold bomb shelters, to children in hospitals and orphanages."

Regarding the future of the organisation, the statement mentions that it will soon resume work in the best way it can, given the present circumstances. It will begin match coverage, putting out videos, and communicating via social media. However, Na'Vi stressed that while it will try and go back to normal operations, it in no way means that it will stop talking about the horrifying events taking place in Ukraine.

"Now more than ever it is important to speak up about what is happening here and support each other. Hopefully, in March we will launch several projects in support of the population of Ukraine. We hope for your understanding and support."
