Ruins in Tower of Fantasy have different difficulties, and each one has its own type of reward. In addition to the rewards, players can expect a different amount of Chests laying across these Ruins.
The ones on Easy mode are usually easy to find, but it gets progressively harder to find them in the later difficulties. Therefore, Tower of Fantasy players should remember to explore a Ruin thoroughly and ensure all the available boxes are opened.
Tower of Fantasy: How to Increase Max Endurance
Typically, there are two Chests on Easy, four on Normal, and six on Hard difficulty. Here's how Tower of Fantasy players can find the first two boxes in B-01 Ruin.
When players start the Ruin, before continuing north, head east to the small chamber with a Chest locked behind a door. To open the door, players have to step on the round platform to change its color from Red to Blue and open the chest room, locking the chamber’s main door. After obtaining the Chest’s rewards, players can use the Lever to get things back to how they used to be, unlocking the Chamber.
After defeating two waves of enemies, players will come across a puzzle room with a board on the wall and nine red platforms. The panel shows the key Platforms players have to step on to open the door on the left to proceed to the boss’ room and end the Ruin.
However, taking the eastern stairs, players will notice a hidden room with a Chest laying behind its locked gate. Look closely and wanderers will see another board on the wall, showcasing the right group of Platforms players must step on to have access to the second and last Chest in B-01 easy mode in Tower of Fantasy.
