Marvel movie sets are usually secure locations in order to keep secrets from spilling out, but toy manufacturer Tamashii Nations has revealed a few new details on Thor: Love and Thunder. As spotted by Toyark, the company uploaded images for new figures based on the Mighty Thor and the original Odinsson, played by Natalie Portman and Chris Hemsworth respectfully in the upcoming film. You can see the images below, if you're brave enough to venture into spoiler territory.
As seen in the images, Portman's Mighty Thor looks almost identical to the version of Jane Foster who wielded Mjolnir in Jason Aaron and Russell Dauterman's comic book series. The costume has a distinct MCU design to it that looks like it was pulled from an Asgardian armory, but Foster's helmet and a few other elements are ripped straight from the comic books. Interestingly, Foster's Mjolnir appears to be reforged from the original hammer which was shattered by Hela in Thor: Ragnarok.
The Mighty Thor also has plenty of accessories, including an unmasked headsculpt, lightning energy effects, swappable hands, and a snazzy fabric cape for extra dramatic posing. As for Hemsworth's Thor, his armor has a more intricate design that's accentuated by bright blue and gold colors. It's a pure '80s aesthetic right there, and he's rocking it.
This Thor comes with his Stormbreaker hammer-axe, lightning effects, extra hands, an alternate headsculpt, and is 5.7 inches tall in comparison to Mighty Thor's height of 5.3 inches. The figures, not the actors. They're way bigger than that in real life.
