If you are a professional creator and have been wanting a nice portable keyboard with good feedback, Logitech has just announced its MX Keys Mini Bluetooth keyboard. It costs Rs. 12,995 and comes in three colours variants: rose, pale gray and graphite. The MX Keys Mini keyboard works with both Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms. In fact, the keyboard is also optimised for mobile platforms such as Android, iOS, and iPadOS.
The MX Keys Mini is a non-mechanical keyboard with a compact layout. Logitech says that the shape of the keyboard allows to have a better posture and improved ergonomics. “Increased key stability reduces noise while optimizing responsiveness – and tactile reference for hand positioning makes it easy to orient your fingers and stay in your flow,” says Logitech. The keyboard features backlit keys.
Other than the regular QWERTY keys, the MX Keys Mini keyboard features certain Logitech options that are meant to help with the workflow in the WFH setup and on mobile devices. The keyboard gets a dedicated dictation key for dictating your text on a word processor. Note that this feature is provided by Windows and macOS natively and is only available in select countries. Then there’s a mute/unmute microphone key for conference and video call-based meetings.
And lastly, the keyboard also features an emoji key for those who love texting from their PCs or their iPads.
When it comes to the battery life, Logitech says that the MX Keys Mini for Mac lasts up to 10 days on a full charge with the backlighting turned on. The keyboard can even go up to five months on a single charge if you turn off the backlighting. Users get a USB-C to USB-C charging cable to recharge the battery.
