The Elder Scrolls Online had a bit of a rocky start at launch, never quite properly finding its footing while trying to balance being an Elder Scrolls game and an MMORPG all at once. When the One Tamriel update released, however, things started to change for the better, and the game has since enjoyed a dedicated audience of fans, and a steady stream of content through DLCs and expansion packs.
