Ever since the game was first shown off during the PS5 reveal event, news regarding Final Fantasy 16 has been thin on the ground. However, that looks set to change pretty soon as the game's director Naoki Yoshida has revealed Final Fantasy 16 is "pretty much complete." Yoshida also explained that a trailer for the game should release "soon" after having been originally delayed for unspecified reasons. June/July is the time of the year for big video game announcements, so it's possible we could see something as early as next month.

Mario Strikers: Battle League got a new trailer earlier today, the one stipulation being that it only aired in Japan. That doesn't mean we didn't learn anything interesting from it though, as the trailer does reveal the game has a ten character roster, although some characters from the previous game are missing. Daisy, Bowser Jr., and Diddy Kong are absent from the game's roster, although it's possible they could be added post-launch.
