The combat is what makes this game -- it's so satisfying to master and pull off. First off, what’s with the graphics? Everything looks low res and muddy no matter which mode you run it on. The control scheme is a convaluted mess and the levels feel empty and soulless. If I play through this game it will be because I forced myself to because I paid for it.
Well, at least it doesn’t seem hyper woke. Over the past few years Square/Enix has gone from a company that I was excited about their games to a turd peddler. I’m going to be exceedingly cautious their titles from now on.Unacceptable graphics for a “next gen” Final Fantasy, the reviews said “don’t expect much” but it was just terrible.
