The next Splatfest for Splatoon 3 will answer one of the most challenging questions that plague Pokemon trainers with each new generation: which kind of starter-type Pokemon is the best? Ever since the inception of Pokemon with Red and Blue (and Green), trainers have had to choose between one of three starters, and the types are always the same: Fire, Water, and Grass.
During the Splatoon 3 Pokemon Splatfest, players must choose the team they want to be on and then compete in Turf War battles to see who comes out victorious at the end of the three-day event. And it makes perfect sense to have this Pokemon-themed Splatfest in early November because one week after the Splatfest, the next generation of Pokemon games will come out, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet.

The Pokemon Splatfest in Splatoon 3 will start on Friday, November 11, at 4 PM PT/ 5 PM MT / 6 PM CT / 7 PM ET. It will come to an end on Sunday, November 13, at 4 PM PT / 5 PM MT / 6 PM CT / 7 PM ET. A few days leading up to the big event, players can pledge to one of the teams by visiting the pledge box in the middle of Splatsville. Players will receive a shirt after choosing a team, and the shirt will need to be worn during the Splatfest.
For Splatoon 3 players that would like to group up with friends during the Splatfest, keep in mind that all of you need to be on the same team. There's no way to party up with people that are on the other Splatfest teams, at least during the event.
