A new DDA special housing scheme has been launched by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). As per a report by hindustantimes.com, officials have said that more than 18,000 flats are being offered, which are being drawn from its old inventory.

The DDA special housing scheme has announced a price drop or a discount for the flats too. Officials have further said the special DDA Housing Scheme 2021 has been launched online only and no formal initiation will take place.
