Sonic Origins Box Art Leaks Online
Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the most popular gaming franchises in the world and a lot of new titles are releasing this year. While many fans have enjoyed the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie that came out on April 8, there are many other Sonic releases to look forward to this year, such as Sonic Origins, a compilation game consisting of some of the most iconic installments in the series.
Sonic Origins is a compilation of the original Sonic the Hedgehog game,Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Sonic and Knuckles, and Sonic the Hedgehog CD. The box art for the game was leaked on Twitter earlier today.

In the box art for Sonic Origins, fans can see the main trio of heroes, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, with Metal Sonic, Amy, and Eggman, also known as Dr. Robotnik, behind them. The logo for Sonic Origins is shown on the left side of the image, next to the characters.
Sonic Origins was announced on May 27, 2021 during Sonic Central, a 12-minute video that showed off many upcoming titles for the franchise, as well as collaborations with other games, merch, and news about Sonic the Hedgehog games that had already released. Sonic Origins received a teaser trailer that showed off the five retro games, making some fans very excited to play them again. Since the initial announcement, however, there hasn't been news about the compilation, so fans that have been looking forward to it have been excited to see the leaked box art.
While the teaser trailer didn't specify which consoles Sonic Origins would be available on, it did say that the compilation would come out «on the latest platforms» and that content that wasn't in the original versions of the game would also be
