Snapchat Tips and Tricks: Here is how to hide and unhide Stories
Do you use Snapchat? Similar to Instagram, you can find Stories on this social media application as well. Stories is where you can watch friends’ stories, publisher stories, shows, and more. In order to explore Stories, you will have to swipe left from the camera screen to go to Stories and then tap to watch the fresh content just for you. It can be known that the Friends section at the top of Stories shows your friends’ Stories. The Subscriptions section has all the Stories and Shows you are subscribed to. The Discover section has Stories from publishers, creators, Snap Stars, the community, Sponsored Stories and more.
You can even watch more shows by swiping left from Stories. Meanwhile, if you are watching a Story then tap the screen to watch the next Snap in the Story, tap the left side of the screen to go back to the previous Snap, swipe left to skip to the next Story on Community, swipe right to go back to the previous Story and swipe down to exit a Story. But what about the Stories and shows you do not like?
You can simply hide Stories and Shows that you do not like. In order to do so you only need to Press and hold on the tile and tap “Hide”. However, it needs to be noted that not all Stories content can be hidden, and you cannot completely disable a certain topic, theme or the Discover section. But you can adjust your advertising and interest preferences to see more content that you will like, according to the information provided by Snapchat.
