"Khajiit has wares, if you have coin." That line is as synonymous to Skyrim as the famed "arrow to the knee" line, but perhaps holds more weight. While there are no records to show that scores of Whiterun guards were once adventurers, the Khajiit do indeed have wares from far away lands to trade. It is a very enticing offer too. Why wouldn't you want to trade with this nomadic cat-person, who has probably collects trinkets and treasures from all over Tamriel?
However, the reality of the situation is that the Khajiit 'caravans' look like they've been looted and plundered, leaving only rags and boxes. Their actual wares also barely go beyond a couple of bottles of Skooma and some odds and ends. For all the promise and mystery surrounding the nomadic race, the end result is disappointing.

So, it seems creator allonsywisegirl wants to change this via their mod, Khajiit Has Wares - A Caravan Camp Overhaul. As the name suggests, the aim is to improve the overall look of the Khajiit caravans, and decorate them in a way that the traveling race would. While a lot more items can be seen around the camps, the mod unfortunately doesn't actually give the Khajiit more items to sell. It seems the creator is only interested in the looks of the camps.
"In lore, Khajiit caravans trade across the continent, bringing exotic wares along with them," says the mod's description. "In Skyrim these wares are… all packed in crates? Missing? Limited to some rolled up rugs? Not only that, but their camps are just kind of boring: nothing for them to do but tan leather and sit on the cold, hard ground.
