A new day means yet another Wordle puzzle for players to challenge themselves with. Although this game has been massively popular throughout the English-speaking world, some players have yet to try it out for themselves. Head to the New York Times Games website or the New York Times Crossword app. Next, choose a good starting word. While there are many good strategies for winning Wordle, there are some best practices for choosing a word to start the game with.
Choose a great starting Wordle word and type it into the site. Press enter. This will cause the letters to change colors and give clues to the real answer. Green letters are right, gray are wrong, and yellow letters are right but in the wrong place in the word. Players have a total of six tries to get to the answer of the day, and there is only one puzzle per day for everyone.
Today's word is not one of the more challenging Wordle words, but players may still need a hint or two to get to the answer.
