Sasha Banks WWE Contract Update Following Monday Night Raw Walk Out
Sasha Banks' contract with WWE will be up quite soon, according to a former writer with the company. Details continue to emerge about Banks and Naomi's standing with the company since the tag team walked out on the May 16 edition of Monday Night Raw. The duo was apparently unhappy with the creative surrounding the main event of the evening and decided to pack up and leave instead of taking part in the six-pack challenge that had been advertised.
Word recently surfaced that Naomi's contract deal with WWE will expire soon if not frozen by the company following her walkout. It's a tricky situation with many layers, and as of this writing, neither performer has spoken their piece what about transpired at Raw earlier this week. WWE hasn't issued any statements about the situation since their press release on Monday night that explained why the advertised main event needed to be changed on the fly.

It sounds like Naomi's contract isn't the only one that is set to expire in the coming months, however. Former WWE writer Kazeem Famuyide was on The Masked Man Show and stated that Sasha Banks' current WWE deal will expire "within the next two months." Famuyide also stated that the situation is similar for Naomi, leaving the door open for all kinds of possibilities in the coming weeks.
If Sasha Banks and Naomi aren't interested in returning to work, WWE will have the option to freeze their deals with just a few months remaining on them.
