Satisfying one of their requests is a surefire way to earn a nice reward and boost your friendship, so it pays to learn how to get some Cold Medicine as soon as possible.
The first way to get Cold Medicine is to craft it yourself. To do this, you will need a Chemistry Lab - this is something you can purchase from Palmo once you've passed Saint Eliza's chemistry license exam.
Once placed, you can use the Chemistry Lab to create Cold Medicine with the following recipe:
You can find lots of Orange Grass in the Whispering Forest and Gadeus Grasslands, and Toyherbs can be grown easily once you've unlocked the Flower Shop.
The recipe for Cold Medicine is a level 22 recipe. This means that unless your Chemistry skill level is high enough, the recipe will cost you a ton more RP than usual and it might actually fail. The lower your level is than 22, the higher the chance it fails.
